Texas Twinkies

A craft BBQ staple....the Texas Twinkie. To create this masterpiece we take a whole jalapeno and stuff it with a mixture of cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bbq sauce, and chopped smoked brisket, then wrap it with bacon.
